There are (3) types of Management we generally perform for our customers;
(Type-1): Managing a Lrg.Project or Highly Skilled Project or Multi-Locations Job by ourselves without assistance.
(Type-2): Doing most of the job ourselves, while Hiring & Managing Subcontractors as needed for critical tasks, to complete the job.
This type may include a single job/location or it could involve many jobs and/or locations.
(Type-3): Performing Solely Management of the job or project, completely outsourcing competent Subcontractors to fulfill &
complete the job or project per our management, guidance & instructions with our almost 30-years of Experience &
Knowledge.
Types of Management Performed for each of the Above Pictured Customers:
TURKEY HILL- (Type-1) We Managed Servicing up to 80-Stores in Northeastern PA at one time & are still On-Call with them today. No Subs.
GIANT FOOD STORES- (Type-1) We were awarded 8-Stores to Manage Servicing in the Williamsport & Surrounding Communities. No Subs.
PA American Water- (Type-1) Managed Designing a Sound Structural Design & Fabricating a Unique "Bowed-Polymetal+Frame" Sign for a National
Sign Co. working Directly with PA American Water of Scranton. Then installed the Structure for them. No Subs.
MONRO / MR.TIRE / TIRE CHOICE- (Type-3) Managed 3-Location Changeover Installations, working Directly with corporate personnel. Using
soley Subcontractors to do all the Install Labor for all the Jobs. We did Permits Acquisition for all.
LINGLES- (Type-1) Managed Producing & Installing all Signage for 3-Locations. Working Directly with Owners. Included approx. up to 7-Lrg. Signs.
SANTANDER BANK- (Type-2) Managed 12-Location Changeover of all Signage for a National Sign Company. Worked with Priority Signs with good
Testimonial Reviews above many other Vendors. Work included Surveys & Installations of approx. 50-60+ Signs.
1ST COMMONWEALTH BANK- (Type-2) Managed 5-Location Changeover Installations of ATM-Surround Signage for VIS-Signs out of Pittsburgh, PA.
LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD H.Q.- (Type-2) Managed Installation of Lrg.Custom Pillar Sign Structure we had Fabricated. Hiring local Sign Companies
for Hvy.Equipment Sign Crane.
